To streamline our inventory and better serve our customers, we've carefully selected a curated range of Loqa's most popular tiles.
This selection is based on feedback from local designers. By focusing on these in-demand options, we can ensure efficient stock management and timely delivery.
For custom colours or sizes not in our available stock list, we can place an indent order.
Please note that production lead times may vary from 10 to 16 weeks, depending on our next shipment schedule.
We can arrange for loose cargo shipments for custom orders. Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To minimize environmental impact and avoid additional shipping fees, we recommend planning ahead and allowing sufficient lead time for your order.
Due to the upcycled nature of Loqa tiles, colour variations may occur. Factors such as the materials used and the firing process can influence the final colour.
You can install the tiles using standard methods depending on the project requirements. For dry areas, construction adhesives like Max Bond provide a strong bond and easy application, especially on walls and smaller surfaces.

For high-moisture and wet areas, such as outdoor flooring or bathrooms, a cement-based tile adhesive is recommended for its superior durability, water resistance, and ability to handle temperature variations.
While Loqa tiles are designed to be durable and aesthetically pleasing, we recommend applying a water-repellent matte or gloss coating to enhance their durability and ease of maintenance. This coating will help protect the tiles from stains and moisture, making them easier to clean and prolonging their lifespan.

TOA 213 Water Repellent (WB) is a readily available option that works effectively, providing a pleasant finish.
- To maintain the appearance and longevity of Loqa tiles, dust and vacuum regularly.
- For cleaning, use a pH-neutral detergent, test it first, and damp mop as needed.
- For deep cleaning, use a stiff-bristled brush or floor machine, remove excess solution with a vacuum or mop, rinse thoroughly, and dry the surface.
- For stubborn stains, use a pH-neutral poultice, testing it beforehand.
- Pressure washing is acceptable with a fan nozzle, keeping a minimum distance of three feet from the tiles.
- Reapply sealant as needed following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
